ITAR Registered ITAR Compliant
ITAR requires that any person (company) who engages in the business of manufacturing defense articles or furnishing defense services is required to register and keep their registration current with the United States Department of State. Emerging Power is registered with the Department of State and is ITAR compliant.
Many companies claim that they are ITAR compliant, but haven’t taken the proper steps to register with the Department of State. When managing ITAR materials, it is our responsibility to assure that all of our suppliers have the proper registrations and follow the ITAR procedures. The Department of State interprets and enforces ITAR. Its goal is to safeguard US national security and further US foreign policy objectives. At Emerging Power we comply with all ITAR regulations and have the registration number on file and will provide it upon requested.
